摘要

以聚砜、多聚甲醛、三甲基氯硅烷为原料,氯仿为溶剂,四氯化锡为催化剂,制备高取代度的氯甲基化聚砜,然后与三甲胺水溶液反应,经透析、冷冻干燥得到了水溶性的季铵盐聚砜白色固体粉末。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪、热重差分析仪对产物的结构进行分析,并将产物溶于水配制成质量分数为0.5%、1%和2%的抑菌液,经伽玛射线灭菌后研究其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌性能。结果表明:在聚砜、多聚甲醛、三甲基氯硅烷、四氯化锡摩尔比为1∶13.3∶17.3∶0.3的条件下,通过延长反应时间得到了高取代度为1.6的氯甲基化聚砜,季铵化后得到水溶性聚砜季铵盐,其中2%季铵盐聚砜抑菌液,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑菌作用,抑菌率均可以达到99%。

Abstract

A combination of polysulfone,paraformaldehyde and trimethylchlorosilane as raw materials in chloroform catalyzed by tin tetrachloride provided chloromethylated polysulfone with high degree of substitution,which could be further transformed into water-soluble quaternary ammonium polysulfone as a white solid powder after reaction with aqueous trimethylamine,dialysis and freeze-drying.The structure of obtained product was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrometer (1H-NMR,HSQC) and thermogravimetry differential thermal analyzer (sdt-q600).A series of 0.5wt%,1wt% and 2wt% bacteriostatic solutions of obtained product was prepared after gamma ray sterilization to investigate their bacteriostatic properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The results showed that when the molar ratios of polysulfone,paraformaldehyde,trimethylchlorosilane and stannic chloride was set as 1∶13.3∶17.3∶0.3 with extended reaction time,chloromethylated polysulfone with high degree of substitution (DS about 1.6) and the corresponding water-soluble quaternary ammonium polysulfone could be obtained.Specially,the highest bacteriostasis rate of 99% could be reached when using 2wt% quaternary ammonium polysulfone as bacteriostatic solution.
